Lawn Care
Services FAQs

We do not have a minimum visit fee for our standard services. However, for cleanup services, we do have a two-hour minimum. This ensures we can properly complete the scope of work and allocate the appropriate crew and equipment to your property.

We do not require long-term contracts for our recurring services. However, our service packages are structured as six-month programs to ensure consistent results and proper seasonal care. If a package is canceled before the six-month term is completed, an early cancellation fee may apply.
Our fertilizer and weed control products are not inherently kid‑ or pet‑friendly, but they are safe when applied correctly and according to label directions. We always recommend keeping children and pets off the treated area until it has fully dried.

In our Colorado climate (Erie area), most cool-season lawns (Kentucky bluegrass, perennial rye, fescue blends) perform best with 4–5 fertilizer applications per year.

  • Early Spring (Mar–Apr): Light feeding to wake up the lawn and encourage steady green-up without excessive top growth.
  • Late Spring (May–Jun): Stronger application to support active growth and root development heading into summer.
  • Mid-Summer (Jul–Aug): Balanced, stress-support application — critical for heat tolerance.
  • Early Fall (Sep): One of the most important applications — promotes root growth and recovery from summer stress.
  • Late Fall / Winterizer (Oct–Nov): High-nitrogen winterizer to strengthen roots and improve early spring green-up.
